The Human Resources Coordinator is a key member of First Impressions’ Human Resources Team. The role assists with relational, administrative, recruiting, and compliance related functions impacting our most valuable asset - our team members. Important contributions to the practice include interviewing, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and company policy and practice adherence.
